Yes I give the breathe of life.  As I think about how much I love being able to breathe and be in excellent health.  I also know that there are many Americans that are not in excellent health.  So I created a program that is both detoxing and energizing.   More importantly easy and simple enough for everybody to do.

Exercise yes the E word  that most of us dread.  There are so many different weight-loss and exercise equipment and programs available.  And over and over again the American consumer will purchase billions in exercise equipment every year.  I have had many clients ask me does a particular exercise equipment work and I ALWAYS answer by saying all exercise equipment works you just have to use it.  It is common to go to someone’s house and they are using there fitness equipment as furniture

Cardiovascular which is an aerobic activity with oxygen?  Not to be confused with an-aerobic without oxygen.  Or another way to describe it would be to move the lymphatic system.  I have designed the oxygen workout in three components.  It is designed with using the lympholine, walking and jump roping.  Jumping roping helps release the fat burning hormone (HGH).
